When reporting a price correction, it helps to include the restaurant location (city/state), the menu item, the price you saw, and roughly when you visited. Reader reports are one of the main ways our guides stay accurate.
What we can and can’t do
We can: correct errors in our guides, consider topic requests, and answer questions about our content.
We can’t: change prices at restaurants, take reservations or orders, or speak on behalf of any restaurant chain — we’re an independent publication, not affiliated with any chain.
We read every message and aim to reply within a few days.
